Gov. Akeredolu charges Contributory Health Commission Boss on accessible healthcare

The newly appointed General Manager for the Ondo State Contributory Health Commission, ODCHC, has been presented to the Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN. Presenting the General Manager, Dr Abiodun Oyeneyin, the Special Adviser to the Governor on health, Dr Ajibayo Adeyeye said the appointment process was though rigorous but fair to all who applied for the job within and outside the public service before the choice was made. He expressed the belief that with the appointment which took effect from 1st June 2019, the Ondo State Contributory Health Insurance Scheme was ready to kick off in the state.

In his remarks, the Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, said he was excited that the new General Manager knew exactly what he was coming to do. He therefore urged him to settle down to the business of his duties in line with the line with the State Government policy thrust of making healthcare delivery accessible.
